Banana Bread

Today, I am going to share with you my favorite banana bread recipe! This is very easy to make, very delicious, and also very healthy since it's vegan :)



  1. Mash your 4 ripe bananas in a bow.
  2. Melt coconut oil in a different bowl.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil and a splash of vanilla extract to your mashed bananas and mix.
  4. In a seperate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
  6. Pour the ingredients into a parchment, paper-lined loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes or until the banana bread is browned and cracked on top.
