Banana Bread
Today, I am going to share with you my favorite banana bread recipe! This is very easy to make, very delicious, and also very healthy since it's vegan :)
Indgredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1 3/4 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
- Mash your 4 ripe bananas in a bow.
- Melt coconut oil in a different bowl.
- Add the melted coconut oil and a splash of vanilla extract to your mashed bananas and mix.
- In a seperate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
- Pour the ingredients into a parchment, paper-lined loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes or until the banana bread is browned and cracked on top.
